BRWM type dual channel ultrasonic water meter andMulti channel ultrasonic water meterIt is a new type of water meter based on the principle of ultrasonic time difference for flow measurement and display.
The ultrasonic water meter is equipped with an M-BUS interface by default, which can form a remote meter reading management system through the M-BUS bus and other communication devices. The management department can read the data in the meter at any time, facilitating the statistics and management of user water volume.
The product complies with the national standard GBT 778-2007 Measurement of Water Flow in Closed Full Pipelines for Drinking Cold Water and Hot Water Meters, the verification regulation JJG162-2009 Cold Water Meters, and the industry standard CJ/T 434-2013 Ultrasonic Water Meters.

5Ultrasonic water meterInstallation precautions
(1) Thoroughly clean the pipeline before installing the ultrasonic water meter to avoid debris damage to the water meter;
(2) Ultrasonic water meters are relatively expensive and precise instruments. Be careful when picking them up and putting them down, and do not lift or pull the meter head or sensor wires; It is strictly prohibited to approach high temperature heat sources such as electrical welding to prevent battery explosions from injuring people and damaging instruments;
(3) Special attention should be paid to the installation position of ultrasonic water meters. The water meter should be avoided from being installed at the upper end of the pipeline (where there may be bubbles in the pipe section), near bends (where vortex flow may occur), and away from pumps and other equipment (which may cause pulsating flow);
(4) The connecting pipes at the upstream and downstream of the ultrasonic water meter should be consistent with the diameter of the water meter and cannot be reduced in diameter;
(5) The direction indicated by the arrow on the body of the ultrasonic water meter is the direction of water flow and must not be installed in reverse;
(6) In order to ensure accurate measurement, a certain length of straight pipe section should be reserved for the installation of ultrasonic water meters. Usually, a straight pipe section of 10 times the pipe diameter length should be reserved in front of the meter and 5 times the pipe diameter length should be reserved behind the meter;
(7) It is recommended to install a filter with the corresponding diameter at the front end of the ultrasonic water meter; There is a valve with the corresponding diameter installed in front of the watch and it can be separated from the watch body for future maintenance and repair.
